Questions
How do I get into the software?
There is no public login page, on purpose. When you sign up below, we email you a private access link — that link is how you get in. Bookmark it somewhere safe. Lose it? Use the resend form below and a fresh link will be on its way (the old one stops working, for your protection).
Do my customers see LockerLine branding?
No. The storefront and tenant portal are white-label: your facility's name, colors, and photos. Your customers do business with you, not with us.
Does it work with my gate?
Almost certainly. LockerLine's gate access is universal: it produces keypad code lists for standalone keypads, CSV exports for systems that import lists, signed webhook pushes for connected controllers, and a token-secured API for systems that poll. Codes are issued, suspended, and restored automatically from your leases.
Can I run multiple locations?
Yes. Each facility keeps its own inventory, pricing, staff access, branding, and gate settings, and you get a combined view across all of them. Pricing is based on your total units across all your locations. Every plan includes up to 2 facilities, and each additional facility beyond that is +$100/mo.
What happens after I sign up?
You’ll complete your subscription payment on our secure Stripe checkout. As soon as your first payment confirms, your private access link is emailed to you. Open it, follow the getting-started checklist — brand your site, add your units — and you can take your first online rental the same day.
